The procedure that increases the production of collagen and elastin other healing factors by causing trauma to the skin.
The technique    involves using multiple    tiny , sterile needles to puncture the skin and cause physical trauma.
Specially composed cocktails are introduced into the deeper layers of the epidermis, thanks to which the skin becomes firmer, mimic wrinkles are significantly reduced, and the face contour is improved.
Deeper punctures, which are performed during the treatment , trigger a cascade of tissue remodeling reactions, stimulate the formation of new collagen threads and contribute to the thickening of the epidermis. Scars removal

Scars removal treatments

Scar removal is a procedure that is very often performed in our office.

Especially when they occur on the face or on frequently exposed parts of the body, such as legs and arms. People struggling with the problem of scars try to hide them under clothing or strong makeup. Unfortunately, this is not always possible, especially when the scars are convex.
Patients with hard and thick scars struggle not only with mental discomfort, but also with pain and a feeling of contracture. Fortunately, aesthetic medicine has the right tools to combat this problem

What are acne scars?

Acne scars are post-inflammatory discoloration and atrophic scars. These are permanent changes in the structure of the skin of various shapes and depths. They appear at the site of a healed exanthema and are caused by damage to the dermis and replacement of its fragment with fibrous connective tissue. Acne scars are divided into: hypertrophic – they are located under the surface of the skin and are pink or red in color and do not extend beyond the boundaries of the wound. The atrophic ones, in turn, occur below the surface of the skin, and can be narrow and deep, or shallow or wide. Another type is discolored acne scars – they are characterized by a small amount of skin pigment (melanin). The last type are hypertrophic scars and keloids.

Post-traumatic and postoperative scars
These types of scars result from mechanical injuries and are a consequence of surgical procedures. Having such a scar can be painful as a result of nerves being pulled into the scar tissue or a disturbed blood supply to that area. Post-operative scars arise from cesarean section scars and other orthopedic injuries. Unaesthetic scars form when a wound does not heal properly. A postoperative scar differs from healthy skin in its shade – it may be red or livid.

How to get rid of stretch marks?
Stretch marks are bands of spindle skin that are a type of scar. The reason for their formation is a sharp increase in body weight and stretching of the skin. They appear in people with a lot of muscle mass or in adolescence and in women during pregnancy.

The causes of stretch marks also include hormonal background. Another cause of this condition is the use of steroids. Stretch marks on the breasts and elsewhere in the body are caused by the secretion of the stress hormone cortisol, which is produced by the cortex of the adrenal glands. They can be purple, reddish or glaucous red. They can turn pearly white and become sunken and wrinkled. The stripes are arranged perpendicularly in the direction of skin stretching. Stretch marks are usually not accompanied by any symptoms – sometimes the patient may feel a slight itching of the skin.

Treatments recommended

Needle mesotherapy
It is a minimally invasive and very safe procedure that allows you to eliminate scars. It consists in introducing appropriate medicinal substances into the subcutaneous tissue with a needle. The supplied compounds stimulate microcirculation in the skin, which in turn improves tissue nutrition. In addition, they accelerate metabolic changes in adipose tissue.
As a result, the synthesis of collagen and elastin fibers is stimulated, thanks to which scar tissue is replaced with normal skin. Atrophic scars fill and hypertrophic scars flatten. It is a method that is very effective in eliminating these skin imperfections, but to maintain a permanent effect, it must be repeated periodically.

Scar removal and Dermapen
It is an innovative device widely used in modern aesthetic medicine. It is also used in the elimination of scars. It uses the technology of the so-called micro-needle fractionation. The basic functional element of the apparatus is a head armed with several dozen small diameter needles. They are introduced into the skin in a pulsating manner.
Thanks to this, they cause microdamages. This, in turn, stimulates the course of regenerative processes. As a result, the scarred cavities are filled with healthy tissue. Also, the connective tissue that builds the hypertrophic scars is replaced with normal skin.

Chemical peels
These are mixtures of chemical compounds with a specific concentration, which are used, among others, in for skin care and acne scars reduction. Chemical peels penetrate deep into the skin and rebuild collagen and elastin, contributing to the renewal of the epidermis and skin. Thanks to this, chemical peels are a remedy for discoloration, acne scars, wrinkles and blackheads. The use of peels stimulate the dermis and facilitate daily skin care.

Combined therapy: mesotherapy, platelet-rich plasma or stem cells
Thanks to the use of a combination of treatments: CO2 fractional laser and needle mesotherapy, platelet-rich plasma or stem cells, we can obtain increased effects in treatment. Mesotherapy nourishes the skin, and platelet-rich plasma stimulates the skin to regenerate. The effect of the treatment is the alignment of the acne scar with the surface of the dermis, and the mesotherapy replenishes the defects, leading to the improvement of skin elasticity.
